Description:
FL Series pharmaceutical granulator is the integrated use of spray and fluidization technology, the traditional process mix, granulation, drying has been accomplished once in the same equipment, it is also called "one step granulators."
Work Principle:
After purifying and heating the air in drafted by draft fan to the lower part of the drier then through the air distribution plate, making the materials powder fluidized in circular flow; Adhesive solution atomized by nozzles, the small droplet from the nozzle gathers a number of particles together as cumularspharolith. As the drying of the material, the cumularspharolith water evaporation and adhesive solution solidified. This process repeats, creating the ideal, even and porous spherical particles.

Medicine: Radix isatidis, Andrographolide, Allicin, Protease, Angelica, Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules, Radix Astragali, Xantinol Nicotinate, Bezoar Tablet, Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets, Qingxue-Bawei Capsule, Gentamicin, Cactus Wei Kang Capsules. 2.food and feed additives: glucosamine hydrochloride, Effect of Apramycin, TP, spectinomycin, aspartame, guitar adriamycin, Colistin of sulfuric acid, cellulose, xylanase, Metalor Streptozotocin, Thailand Miao streptozotocin, streptomycin, phytase.

Principle
The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
Feature

2. Turn to the Ex-type of Fluidized bed dryer , we set the explosionrelease vent on the machine .once the explosion happened , themachine will release the explosion to outside automatically andsafely ,it will make very safe condition to the operator .
3. No dead corner or protruded screws on the whole machine
4. For the loading material, we have options on vacuum feeder , lifter , negative feeding and manual feeding for customer .
5. PLC is designed to ensure a full automatic control. All theoperations are automatically finished according to the requirementsof the user to set the process parameters; moreover ,Processparameters can be printed and the original record is true and reliable.In full compliance with the GMP requirement of pharmaceuticalproduction.
6. For the bag filter , we choose anti-static filtering cloth .except thebag filter , we also have barrel filter on choice .
