Work processing:
The equipment adopts open-type system. The main machine adopts the centrifugal type spray drying tower, which is a common type of dryer. In the drying chamber, the droplet and the hot air flow in the same direction.
Its technological process is as follows:
The liquid material transported from former procedure to liquid material tank of this section, the atomizer fed according to the production process required by the feed pump. The drying medium - air is filtered by the filter and sent to the air heated by the blower, after heated by the hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower into the tower. The material needed to dry from the
feed pump into the high-speed rotation of the atomizing disk, under the centrifugal force formation of small droplet number. In the drying chamber, the hot air contact with droplets, the water evaporation and drying into powder, the powder output through the cyclone separator, the exhaust gas is led out by the draught fan and is discharged into the atmosphere.
